As a kid, I used to hate mushrooms, but I've grown to like them, especially Chinese mushrooms, as they have so much more flavour than the white mushrooms you get in UK supermarkets. So I was expecting to like these shiitake mushroom crisps a lot.
Just like their crispy broccoli florets, you don't get many in a packet. DJ&A need to add more to their packets, especially for the amount they are charging for their crisps on Amazon UK.
I bit into one and almost broke my teeth as they were super hard. I had to make sure to use my wisdom teeth to grind them down. They are almost as hard as the sticks of rock you can buy in the UK.
The flavour was okay. The mushroom taste was really mild; I was expecting it to be a lot stronger. They could have cooked a potato and it would have tasted the same. Again, like the crispy broccoli florets, the garlic seasoning saved them.

These crisps were fine. However, I won't be buying them again as they are too hard, and I wanted the mushroom flavour to be more prominent.
